The MyCARVYKTI® Patient Support Program, sponsored by Janssen Biotech, Inc., and Legend Biotech, is designed to help eligible patients prescribed CARVYKTI® and their care partners with support during treatment.
Patients who meet financial and other eligibility requirements, and their care partners, may receive:
Assistance with transportation, lodging, and out-of-pocket costs for meals and other travel expenses related to treatment at the CARVYKTI® Certified Treatment Center
Support from MyCARVYKTI® Patient Support Specialists, who are available to help guide your patients through the enrollment process and assist with program benefits

Dedicated personnel to support order management and fulfillment:
- Cell Therapy Experience Lead (CTEL), a process expert responsible for the end-to-end center utilization experience, including upfront and ongoing education on CQUENCE®
- CQUENCE® Order Specialist to provide support with order tracking and operations coordination post-order placement
Connecting people, processes, and technology for end-to-end order management
CQUENCE® is designed to track the end-to-end order management journey from patient enrollment to product infusion. If you are at a Certified Treatment Center and ready to prescribe and order CARVYKTI® for one of your patients, access the CQUENCE® portal with your login credentials.
