Because of the risk of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and neurologic toxicities, CARVYKTI® is available only through a restricted program under a Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) called the CARVYKTI® REMS. Healthcare facilities that dispense and administer CARVYKTI® must be enrolled and comply with the REMS requirements, including that healthcare professionals who prescribe, dispense, or administer CARVYKTI® are trained about the management of CRS and neurologic toxicities.
